This collection of backpacks has been curated to give our hand-sourced huipils a new life! Each huipil is uniquely crafted by every artisan, creating a one-of-a-kind piece. Every huipil is in vintage condition, creating its perfect charm and imperfections that a factory cannot replicate. The interior of our backpacks, is beautifully lined with corte, which is the skirt portion of a traditional outfit. We have collaborated with a local leather-man, who has helped design and craft each backpack.

Artisans

This unique huipil and corte was sustainably sourced from our artisan partner Don Edgar and his wife Maria. The leather body is beautifully hand-crafted by Don Fernando using top-grade leather.
